This page outlines the procedures for administering this site, regarding the processing of personal data of users who access it. It is an information notice prepared in pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Act. The data obtained by means of contact forms will be used complying with the processing base foreseen by the law. Data processing connected with web services offered by this site shall take place at the aforementioned registered office and shall be dealt with only by the technical staff entrusted for this purpose or by persons that may be appointed for occasional maintenance purposes.
The data deriving from the web service shall not be communicated or disseminated.

This data is used solely for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical data about the use of the site and to check its correct operation. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of possible data processing offences against the site. Data voluntarily provided by user. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated in this site implies the subsequent acquisition of the senders email address, as well as possible other personal data present in the message, necessary for responding to requests.

No personal data relating to users is acquired by the site.
The session cookies used in this site avoid making use of other data processing technologies that may potentially affect the confidentiality of users surfing activities and do not permit the acquisition of personal data that identifies the user.
VOLUNTARY PROVISION OF DATA
In addition to the above specifications regarding surfing data, the provision of data marked with an asterisk is considered to be required for the performance of services offered. The provision of other data is voluntary and therefore if not provided has no resulting consequence.

The personal data is processed using automated methods to achieve the ends for which it was required. In accordance with the same article, the data subjects have the right to request the cancellation , transformation to anonymous form or the blocking of any data processed in breach of the law, as well as in any case, to object to its processing for legitimate reasons.
